What is Andesite? How is it formed?

It is a natural stone type that is usually between basalt and rhyolite. Andesite, along with basalt, is estimated to be abundant in the Martian crust. It is named after the Andes Mountain. It is a hard rock type. Andesite is also known as Ankara stone in the folk language. The reason for this is that it is very common in the Ankara region. Mainly the colors are Black and Grey, but of course it comes in colors such as Lilac, Purple, Pink. It is not mottled and slippery in terms of structure, moreover, it is a durable natural stone.
